when bush is killing thousand of civilians, he is just doing it for self defense or for their own freedom but when its usama or hezbullah fighting they are terrorists.. he doesn't think that USAMA just like BUSH is fighting and killing innocent people for their own cause (country, people whatever it is)..

if USAMA is a terrorist than so is BUSH, BLAIR, PUTIN and many others.. and if Bush, Blair and Putin are not terrorist than it goes same with Usama.. they are all on the same path ( KILLING INNOCENTS TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS )
I agree. But they can't comprehend this. It must be their chauvinistic American-flag blindfolds or a cloud of propaganda. Either one.

It isn't really logical.

For example, over the last week or so, there were a couple school shootings (one, a man entered the building and took hostages while armed). Because the perpetrators were white Americans, its a criminal issue...but I guarantee you, if it was a crazy Muslim talking giberish about converting the world; its terrorism and barbarism, and we need to suddenly consolidate the power of the federal government. That doesn't make sense. I'm not saying Muslim terrorists are peachy. I'm not saying that at all..I agree they're crazy and they have been warped by religious extremisim. But all I'm saying is that there is this inconsistency with what we call terror and just crime. The white house has been very clever in creating this terror-storm to consolidate their power. They have made the public percieve this as a war and military issue soley.

But because the threat comes from within, and not without, this is a law enforcement issue. Just as it would be with a school shooting, or a bombing of an abortion clinic. I think we need to be careful on how we define what a "terrorist" is. I can see how it would be a security (rather than law enforcment issue soley) if the implications of an attack are large like 9/11. But that's the thing, its not even being handled as a security issue; if it was, we would have secured our borders the day after 9/11. Instead, this president can't get his head out of his ass that is dripping with chauvinistic testosterone; so he sees this as a good chance to make his image look good and tough, and he's making this a military issue when its not.

Consequently, this adminsitration has only made the situation worse.
