But, I think most historians agree that Kim Il-Sung's reign was more despotic and murderous than most dictatorships, including Hitler and Stalin. Although Kim Jung-Il isn't AS bad, its still probably the worst nation today.
But with all this weighed in when considering the implications of their nuclear test? I don't think it will change our view on North Korea any. I mean, we knew they had nuclear technology developed. It should be nothing that comes to a surprise.
