I think everyone (except for most North Koreans) could agree with that. But, Kim Il-Sung and son are too insane to even be communist. But I know what you mean. But North Korea is one of the worst case examples in the history of human civilization. That is coming from a democratic and western standpoint, however. But, I think most historians agree that Kim Il-Sung's reign was more despotic and murderous than most dictatorships, including Hitler and Stalin. Although Kim Jung-Il isn't AS bad, its still probably the worst nation today.

But with all this weighed in when considering the implications of their nuclear test? I don't think it will change our view on North Korea any. I mean, we knew they had nuclear technology developed. It should be nothing that comes to a surprise.

But I need more details on the test itself. Have the North Koreans released any photos or video of the test?
