Maybe the continent of Africa ought to pull its collective head out of its ass, and learn to deal with some of its overwhelming problems - instead of complaining that the United States isn't paying for it.
I partially agree, but Africa needs money to dig itself out of the hole it's in. Instead of throwing money at the problem though, we should make sure that aid money is used for building businesses, farms, infrastructure, etc. The American government doesn't provide Americans with free health care, so why should be provide it to Africans?
