Poll: Do Gays Have Equality?
It has been argued that gays already have "equality".
I disagree, and see a few distinct issues under which gays clearly are discriminated against.
1) Laws against gay adoption.
2) Laws against gays in the military.
3) Laws against gay marriage.

The history of these arguments can be found here.
http://www.defendingthetruth.com/gay...html#post56702 (Let's start the marriage debate from the beginning)

I'm curious.
What is the general opinion of people and whether or not gays already have equality?

Note: This question is not regarding whether or not you SUPPORT the current status quo, but rather whether or not you believe it is "equal" or "not equal". It is forseeable that a person could see the situation is currently unequal for gays, but support that inequality.

1) Gays do not have equality. Gays and straights are not treated equally under the law.
2) Gays have equality on the marriage issue, but not on gay adoption or gays in the military.
3) Gays currently have equality. The law treats gays and straights the same.
