Ah, well if gays are always portrayed so positively on TV, while straights are sometimes portrayed negatively, then sure that's unfair. And if there were some kind of law saying that gays always had to be portrayed positively, I'd stand against that law.

But that law doesn't exist: I guess it's just the choice of the writers of the show.
Which means that the writers have an agenda and that is to portray homos in a positive light. Why aren't there any drunk, drug-addicted, deranged homos on TV like in real life?
