Senator Kerry, remember his 2004 Reporting for Duty at the Democratic Convention. Everyone complained when the Swift Boat veterans attacked him, now is there any doubt in anyones mind???

Once again we see his true feelings regarding the United States Military, a military in which he supposedly honorably served. Even today, he himself has stated he owes no one an apology. In his press conference he decided to go on the offensive and attack the Republicans who have not served. Well what about the Republicans, like myself, who have served??

Myself, unlike Senator Kerry who is a self-admitted war criminal, who served this country honorably and was deployed for Just Cause and Desert Shield/Storm feels that an apology is owed to veterans and the troops currently serving. Democratic pundits have said that this was a joke that flopped. Well, since when should a Senator use the troops as a punch line of a joke. Senator Kerry wants us to believe that he has a better policy than that of the current administration. How can we when he cannot even master the telling of something as simple as a joke??

Kerry went on to say that the remark was supposed to be about the needs of a good education, this from a man who earned C's and D's while at Yale. Which goes to prove, that someone like me who earned A's and B's while in college, serves in the military, and those with C's and D's become politiicians. Really the better joke would have been you can get a good education and work into a well-paying job, or you can wind up a US Senator, like Senator Kerry.

Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology. It does not breed fanatics....But if you want men who seek, reasonably and prudently, to reconcile the best in wisdom of our ancestors with the change which is essential to a vigorous civil social existence, then you will do well to turn to conservative principles
