Actually, I think the idea of bringing the vaccinators to the people is a great idea - the hospital where I work does this for employees by setting up flu shot clinics in the cafeteria. Ideally these "Vote and Vaccinate" clinics would be at all polling places, and would all be the same cost to all. One should not need to vote to get the shot.
