There is a MILITARY LAW which states that it is ILLEGAL for gays to serve in the military.
If somebody is found in the military to be gay, they are KICKED OUT.
That is "discrimination".

My position is simple. Bigots get to be bigots in their private lives, and the government is objective and neutral. Not condemning gays nor favoring them on civil rights issues.
