For the record, Tabatabainejad, was tased not because he didn't show his BruinCard the on duty student security, that only facilitated the response from of the police. Rather, Tabatabainejad was tased because when asked to leave, he was non-compliant and then when was escorted out, began to resist by struggling with officers... etc etc.

When you resist arrest (148PC), the outcome will not be pleasant. It doesn't matter what you did before hand, it's the resistance and delay that warrants use of force to facilitate the arrest in a safe and efficiant manner.

I agree with your completely. I can't believe what the students were saying in the video as the cops were trying to do their job.
