With the new Internet Explorer, there are more security enhancements which might not allow your username/password to be saved. Sites that you use to do banking with are usually recognized and trusted by your browser.

A) You might have auto-empty cache/temp files enabled everytime you close the browser. This could cause the save username/password to not work properly.

B) Add www.defendingthetruth.com to your "Trusted Sites" list. This can be found in Internet Options: Security: Trusted Sites tab. Uncheck "Require server verification (https://) for sites in this zone and then add http://www.defendingthetruth.com to the list.

Let me know how it works out.
