Supreme Court

Regretably, conservatives in congress scarcely have the backbone to blow their noses; you want them to amend the constitution! But why does this sad state of affairs exist? Answer: Threat of crucifiction in the liberal press. Not only would they get slaughtered if they took any initiative, they get to read about it the next day in their own personal taxpayer paid-for copy of the supreme liberal anti-american rag, the NYT. Lets take this one step at a time. We'll let them keep the NYT, (how could we stop it??), but insist they get something to balance it. But what? Seriously, I'm asking for help here. Anybody? Also, justices who rely on European precedent should be impeached.
