Violent rape - may not be a bad idea to castrate them. But statutory rape? No. Gang rape - sure. Adultery (which is illegal in a couple states)? No.
Child molestation? yes (as it's been proven that rehabilitation has almost a zero success rate). Incest? No - not if both parties are consenting. |
