I am for capital punishment, i guess it depends what the crime was whether or not they should do time or be put on death row. i live in a small town and they just built a new jail next to our fair grounds(not a choice place to put it)because the other jail is getting over crowded, no matter where you go or where you're sent there's going to be over crowding. i guess my point is that if you don't punish the murderers then the ones that suffer is the tax payers because the jails and prisons that have to be built due to over crowding and who wants to be bunked with someone who killed 2 people!
