Racism is alive and well depending on where you are in America. As sgt pointed out it is in the heart where changes need to be made. If you are white and you rent a house to a black you can and will be subject to the racial discrimination of those who are racist. If you are white and you own a small company you can and will be subject to racism if there are other people that think you should not hire Women, Hispanics or Blacks or Native Americans. It happens everyday in America depending on where you live.

Until everyone realizes that we all live on the same planet and we each have a right to work and take care of our families, we will all miss the talents other individuals have regardless what sex, or national origin they were born. When racism or discrimination of any kind is allowed to exist, it creates more hatred and distrust for one another as human beings.

Those who discriminate against white, green, red, yellow, blue and black that violate others rights are short changing the rest who do not.
