But it's also PRETTY STUPID for a new poster to just come in and label the President of the United States as STUPID.
I heard lots of people claiming that Bill Clinton was stupid, but that didn't mean he was or is.
It's more a commentary on the person who is saying, "He's STOOOOOPUD!" |
