The American auto-makers mirror what the American public wants to drive. There's not much more to it than that.
People DEMAND to have huge gas-guzzling SUVs (they are the highest sellers in the US), so the auto-makers provide them.
It's not about the auto-makers getting their act together. It's about the American people getting their act together.
And by the way, Intangible, why do you refuse to admit to anybody what kind of car you drive? Hypocrisy, by chance?  |
