I've thought - for the past 10+ years - that she and Bill have some weird kind of politically expedient marriage. She had nothing to gain by divorcing him, after yet another round of philandering (with Monica). And she's got nothing to lose by staying married to him. Though I cannot imagine the two of them having sex, or having any kind of "normal" marriage, I do believe it's an extremely smart business arrangement for BOTH of them.
Now... IF she's elected President, the key will be if she has a Republican Congress or not. If she DOES, I think they could get some fascinating things done! Hillary is VERY crafty, and she'd be cutting deals, like I cut farts, in order to get things done. It could be fascinating! | Yeah, I think it is more of a business relationship - kind of like a good legal practice. I really don't see her getting elected though. She is one of those people that inspires too much hatred and mudslinging and she's too big a target because of things in the past. Who knows though - she can certainly hold her own when it comes to dirty politics and she'll be a force to be reckoned with. Now, can you imagine if it came down to Condi and Hillary?
Neither one gives me the warm and fuzzies and I'll bet those two would go at it tooth and nail! Heck, at least it would be entertaining for a while! |
