| Sure is! That's definately the most costly thing about it! But couldn't they get an appeal if they were in prison also?? Costing the same?? I could be wrong...If we just execute the guilty with DNA testing, their would be no need for an appeal. Without DNA testing to prove him guilty, just throw him in jail I guess.
Would that solve it?? Just my 2 cents. |
