SPs are specially made to fire blanks, which, regardless of being less dangerous than bullets, can still cause serious harm at close range. That's how the actor from "The Crow" died. He was shot with a blank. This isn't about "cultural values." It's about putting peoples' lives at risk and not even caring. Christ, even I thought you'd have more sense, but I guess I can chalk that one up to being young and impulsive.
