But the point being made is that your numbers only describe a majority of the votes counted. This number doesn't represent the majority of all the military votes, let alone the majority of the military (as some didn't vote at all). In this context, your justification behind your suggestion that the majority of the military is for Bush is null. This is the only point being made.
And while we don't know that the uncounted votes went to the Democrats, we ALSO don't know they went to Bush. Therefore I think it is most reasonable to conclude the general attitude of Bush from people with first-hand experience...and in this case, it is cw3adkins. | Good lord, what is so hard for you liberals to understand about this?
The MAJORITY of military personnel DID vote for Bush. I did NOT say that ALL military personnel voted for him. I said a MAJORITY. And the last time I checked, 55% was a majority - but maybe not the way they teach "new math" at Ohio State. 
And Sarge brings up an extremely important point: It was the DEMOCRATS who were fighting against allowing the absentee military ballots to be counted. Why do you suppose that was? (Hint - it's because they know how the majority of military votes go).
