This trial has nothing to do with the Leaking of Valerie Plame's name. So in essence, all the media hoopla about the CIA leak trial is just made up. This trial is about what Libby said to the grand jury and whether or not he lied. Libby is not charged with leaking Plames name but with perjury in regards to his statements.

The question is when did Libby know who Plame was and whether his recollection to the grand jury is accurate.
