Hogwash. My mom was fatherless from age 2, raised by her mom, grandparents and aunt, and she and my dad were married 54 years, until she died last August.

My point was that love does not need to come from a particular parent. Love does have to come from someone around the person. And guess what? Each one of us is around the person. We, who are blessed to know love, to know our value, to know self-respect, are the ones who need to be giving love not just to our family members, but to all members of our extended family. And if you go back in time far enough, you will find that we're all related, we're all family.
