There is no debate that an unborn baby is human (what else would it be, Vulcan??). The difference between someone killing a pregnant woman and a woman having an abortion is the action is either internal or external.
If a pregnant woman dies can a family get 2 claims honored for a life insurance policy??? No.
But like I've said before... this country is crazy enough to have "pre-life" insurance work.
