Let's analyze that bit by bit to show the logical fallacy of jeff's case.

"Intentionally lies to the Red Cross" - True. I don't think that can be denied
"In order to" - That suggests malice, the intent to harm the innocent, which is not evident.
"Put innocent, vulnerable people in harms way" - He does not have AIDS & remains in a monogamous relationship, so there is very little danger unless he uses a needle.
"Every time I hear the phrase 'Christian nation' I run to my car and blast a Slayer album at full volume." - Me
