You see there are two ways to deal with life. One is to accept one's rights and duties and try to figure what one SELF can do and get along with it without anger and bitterness. I'm sorry A1 because i believe some really crappy and unfair things have happened in your life.. But anger, blame and destruction will solve nothing.
