You believe the Founding Fathers were talking about lettuce when they wrote the Declaration of Independence or are you just being silly? Read this and see how you can possibly believe they were speaking of lettuce (or even cattle):

"are created equal"....weren't we ALL created equally (or the same)? or were you found under a rock?
