Why not call a defenseless, tender little child a bastard? What's worse? Calling him what he/she is?? or killing him/her because he/she exists at an "inopportune time" for its parents??
I find your sentiments not a little hypocritical. You call it "a defenseless little child", and chastise me for calling it a bastard, yet you fight for the irresponsible mother's right to kill her "defenseless and tender little child" (your sentiments) for simple convenience! Amazing! Or perhaps there's more good judgment in you than you realize. We can only hope.
