First of all I'm for abortions but this is a little crazy. To make another abort by ruling of a judge seems more immoral and unbelievable than her aborting on her own free will. It really shouldn't be other people's decision if a FETUS is aborted, not a judge. Also along the same lines a government like the U.S. shouldn't be able to ban abortions, just like they shouldn't be able to ban gay marriges since those certain people are persuing happiness and that is in the constitution "Life, Liberty and pursuit of happiness". Not saying that i support gay people im just saying that it is their right to do so.
