I left my husband because of emotional abuse, leaving him EVERYTHING while I only took the kids (3) and suitcases for each.
Over the course of 5 years, I did everything to get him to see the kids, I bought presents and put his name on it, things like that.
Finally, I had to take him to court because the state was making me (I was getting state aid to help pay for day care, that's all). When the order was enforced, he quit his job and disappeared. His children haven't heard from him in almost 10 years. |
