How would you feel about at least putting them to hard labor? With the emphasis on HARD...
The prisions are already getting very over crowded, which is why so MANY new prisions are going up. So these new prisions along with more guards is going to hit our tax dollars pretty hard also right? So money wise, this is also a argument for capital punishment but I could be completely wrong. I just want to see your views on this.
