Innocent people are found on death row. If we streamline any more that mean these people would be more likely to be killed. But I suppose that you have enough faith in our government that if a court found you guilty of a crime which you were innocent of, you would be glad to lay down your life for "retribution." As for me, I would prefer to live my life knowing that the government is not going to kill me. There is truly no such thing as a certain case. Everyone needs to be defended by a competent lawyer who uses ever possible defense.
