I can agree with this. But you still make it sound like I want to just issue Death for Parking tickets. I think you should not get death for anything less than a moving violation. (<---- last sentence was a joke)

What I do think we should do is make prison such a horribly horrible place to be that death would be preffered. As it is prisoners have a substantially better quality of life, with better benefits than sailors at sea do. And if you don't believe me ask ANY sailor. That is wrong. Why should these people have books? Television? Time awake not spent in hard labor? Seriously?
