I am not talking about people who have any hope of being released. I firmly believe in reform for them. In fact I teach job skills to ex-cons. I am talking about lifers. Fuck them. They want to riot? I am sure I can find some CO's who'd love to try out some very painful less than leathal weaponry.

Punishment is not a detterent?! Horseshit! Take away punishment and see what happens to crime. Shit I'd commit some crimes my damn self. Humans are inherrently evil beasts, and will usually take the path of least resistance. There are no pure souls. Not anymore...
