Hey, you don't have to like abortion. Or condone abortion. And you can even lobby your government to have all abortions made illegal. But, the fact of the matter is, abortion is legal under certain circumstances in the United States.

Now, in my opinion, your response only tends to highlight an inconsistency that is sometimes expressed by those who are against abortion...that being, who cares what happens to the unborn once they are gestated, as long as they are gestated. So then, now that this child has been gestated, where is her support for raising that child?

If you ask me, she has every right to sue those doctors who failed in doing their job properly. And, in my mind, this case isn't very different from many other non-abortion-related cases where people are so blatantly misdiagnosed/mistreated by any medical professional and are forced to pay a price afterwards because of their doctor's gross incompetence.
