John Hopkins: 600,000 Dead
I found this study online. It's not entirely up to date, but enlightening all the same. I'm not sure if anybody is familiar with it, but it was conducted by John Hopkins University. It estimates the death toll of as around 600,000. There are also a number of other smaller, more specific studies. It seems to be an excellent resource, in case anybody wants it.
