Put it this way...No it wouldn't be a good idea. Because those that make it a habit of creating problems will have one more thing to gripe about if they feel that someone else's warning bar is lower then theirs. It would be added in with their complaints that they are currently using in regards to warnings and punishments. It would end up more a headache for ya'll then ya'll already have in that area.
