I don't see it. How are the things that feminism seeks to combat supported by birth control?

So what should we teach young teenage girls??? many have already discussed the dangers of using hormonal birth control pills and devices. We all know that the use of spermicidals, condoms or even sponges is not 100% effective. So we say abstinence, yet when we say this, the response from its critics are that well they are going to do it anyway. Well is that a valid reponse???

Yes it is. Regardless of how much we insist that abstinence is the only way, there will be a percentage of the population that WILL have sex. Either we are willing to deal with this as a reality or we hide our heads in the sand.

Young adults should be offered abstinence as the best choice, but they should be educated about birth control as well.
