I'm sorry, but Reagan was the one standing up to the Soviets. I was only a baby at the time, but I've watched many documentaries on Reagan. The weapons arms race is what ended the Cold War. Reagan rebuilding and strengthening our military is what made the Soviet Union collapse as they couldn't keep up in the race. Remember the Star Wars program?? Sure it sounded stupid to many, but the Soviets BELIEVED it!

Ackkkk we disagree we must now duke it out....nah....I was with one of my Republican friends last night (his father was probably the most ultra right wing Republican Senator in the Texas Congress) and we always take jabs at each and have some great laughs.
