I heard one analyst say that Bush's position for exerting executive privilege would be strengthened over that of Clinton or Nixon because there are no specific illegal charges involved, at the moment.

And another comment was made about CHENEY (not Bush) wanted to see the presidency strengthened since it's decline under Clinton.
Which is kind of funny considering the Republican three-ring circus over the Monica issue was one of the issues that weakened it in the first place.
