Which is kind of funny considering the Republican three-ring circus over the Monica issue was one of the issues that weakened it in the first place.
Well this president is a perfect example of why our Founding Fathers were so wise in setting up a system of checks and balances. Left unchecked who knows the powers this administration would have bestowed upon itself? It's a scary thought.
