If you say on account of his actions may i add that the US forces are responsible for no less than 200 times MORE innocent civilian deaths than are ALL the terrorist actions in the history of the 20th and 21st century ( 9/11 cost 3000 lives - War in Iraq cost 600,000 lives) So by THAT definition, the US is certainly the more evil of the parties.

To be synonymous with EVIL it would mean that the US was ENTIRELY GOOD. Which i am sorry it is NOT. The US is NO BETTER and NO WORSE than any other nation int he world and its about time it realized that.

Of course you neglect to mention that this particular judge was censored and her ruling overturned. The REAL story here is the OPPOSITION she faced from her OWN people in her OWN country from her OWN judiciary on account of her decision. But that wouldn't fit your argument too well would it?

There is NO CHANCE IN HELL that "political correctness" will ever allow a complete disintegration of national values (as is PROVEN by the case in Germany where the judge's ruling was OVERTURNED). This argument is just paranoid fear mongering spread with ONE SINGLE PURPOSE, which is to SCARE your own population to give up EVEN MORE of their constitutionally assured rights.
