Being serious now:
I don't think saving a barely-formed worm of a human baby is more important than saving a soldier who's seem more hell than any fetus has. But it isn't a question of whether or not the fetus deserves to die, which seems to be a popular argument in the pro-life community; the real question is whether or not the mother wants it.
Don't get me wrong, abortion as a form of birth control is utterly disgusting, but you can spot a woman with the wrong intentions like a soldier can spot a sniper -- that is to say- it's very, very hard.
If you ask me, it wouldn't matter a hell-of-a-lot if the growth of the human species is disrupted even in the slightest way.
If you want to worry yourself over the [mass] destruction of innocent life, look into the meat and lumber industries. \"Are we justified in using articles, no matter how convenient it may be for us to use them, that we know were produced in conditions which bored and even stultified the human beings who had to make them?\"
