I was discussing "income tax" with some posters on a message board a few years ago, and one poster mentioned someone who had won a court case concerning the "income tax". He then noted: "I would think that the reimbursement of all of the unlawfully collected "taxes", plus intrest, would be in order here."

I, then, noted: "That ain't gonna happen. All the government has to do is produce the form that was signed under the penalties of perjury that a tax was owed by the signee."
