I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with your tadpole. Affirmative action is about discrimination in the all areas. Employment is one but is covered mostly by EEOC.

Have you heard of the class action suits under Affirmative Action by whites in med school?
Here's the site...I think if you read it, you'll see it applies to filing against employers for hiring illegals.
