Not only that, I don't think you even know if you're pregnant within 2-3 weeks. I think it's 4 or 5 minimum. By the time 2 months has come by, the nerves and such have already formed, so gives the couple (or mother) a month to decide if she want's to keep it or not. So Ridin, your wish would basically come true :P but I say give them an extra week. Obviously some fetuses develop nerves faster, and others later, but the line needs to be drawn somewhere and I think that's the point where 90% of them have developed nerves.

First trimester is perfect.

Neg. The law has been no third-trimester abortions, and it's been woefully unenforced.

I'm against abortion, but all for killing babies. Let's raise the abortion age to 80 and it'll have my vote.

In addition, let Chuck Norris handle abortion cases. You want to abort your baby? Only if YOU can be aborted, as well. I think the fear of being aborted by Chuck Norris would reduce the number of abortions in this country by like 5 hundred thousand. If you get an abortion and don't abort yourself, Chuck Norris rappells into the room and roundhouse kicks you into a box of hypos.

I wouldn't go as far as 12 weeks...or even 8 weeks. Browse the net for what happens in all the weeks of pregnancy and i'm sure you will probably understand why I say this.
