Sure. As far as a 'child' goes. As far as a ZEF goes, possession is nine points of the law.

BTW....did you notice the very quiet decision the USSC slipped through a couple of years ago? The one that said that ONLY the parent with majority custody has the legal right to file suit on behalf of a child?

Kinda knocks the crap out of that argument.
