I hope we never see the day where women have to be shuttled out into international waters to be able to make their own reproductive choices. But part of me fears that could happen.

From the article:

This woman is indeed saving lives. Abortion should always be a woman's choice.
Do you not now see the need to prostrate yourself in front of a holy Baptist minister and beg for forgiveness? Are you so determined to defer you sinful confessions whilst being cast into to Lake of Fire?

Yawn.

Thanks for the article, OKG.

Amazing work this woman is doing.
Very inspiring!

I find myself thinking now that, when faced with an unjust situation, there is always an outside-the-box solution, if only we can figure out how to get out of the box.

You seem to be a bit off-topic here. Nobody's talking about murder. We're discussing a brave doctor who risks her life to ensure that women retain their right of choice over their own bodies.

Abortion isn't "murder." "Murder" is a legal term and abortion doesn't qualify. Can you link me to a case where a woman, post Roe v Wade, has been convicted on a murder charge after having an abortion? I don't believe you can....

Why is it so hard to understand that unsafe (illegal) abortion kills many women, whereas safe (legal) abortion has few complications? Do you think the lives of women are unimportant?

"An estimated 20m unsafe abortions are carried out each year, 97% of them in developing countries. According to the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), complications from unsafe abortions account for 70,000 deaths annually, as well as countless injuries. "It's such a waste of life,""
The greatest danger to liberty lurks in the insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but without understanding.

Murder is much more than a legal term. How sad.

Confused as I am about nearly everything anymore anyhow, this might not matter to anyone, but you know, everyone is going to continue to have those deep down in the heart kinda feelings about abortion at all.

And if you want to extol a woman for using a ship in International Waters to perform abortions for those women in nations that do not legally allow it, then I think by the same token, y'all ought to have not put Grace in derision for her charitable giving to sponsor children in other nations too.

What GRACE is doing by that is bringing health and life to those children and she ought to be respected for that. Even if you are pro-choice, it ought to be evident that no one "wants" abortion. It only happens when no one "wants" the baby. So once there is a baby, EVERYONE wants that child to be cared for.

Hats off to Grace! God bless her. And even if any here disagree with her, as many do, you gotta give her that she has heart.

And God bless us everyone,

OhDear
