If an child had the right to seek there own medical care regarding any other subject it would, but they cant, so it doesnt. |

No my point was that if girls knew they could have a abortion without telling there parents they might be more likely to have sex, or at least unprotected sex. And since thus far they are not able to, there is no history to prove other wise. |
