I don't care about that woman. If she did it and had no evidence then she should be charged. But that certainly doesn't excuse what the FLDS is doing inside their little pervert compound, does it?

It doesn't excuse child rape, but it does preclude any evidence that they find based on the raid her false accusations caused. That's why Texas is so slow in prosecuting her. They know she is a major factor to their case.

Your lack of concern shows you only apply "legal" when it's convenient.

Wrong. Just because someone was calling in a lie, does not mean that there isn't anything illegal going on there. So you can try to twist it as much as you like, but the facts are the facts and the indictments are the indictments.

I have to go, I'm leaving for work now.

But going into someones house on a witchhunt is illegal. You know NOT legal. I'm not twisting anything.
You lied welfare fraud. None found.
You lied all girls are pregnant at 13 or 14. That turned out to not be the case. And until we know the facts of these indictments, if the age was over 14, any convictions are due to Texas changing laws specifically to "catch" the FLDS doing something that was perfectly legal when they arrived. That's persecution.
You lied about systemic "sexual abuse". So far we have 4 cases. They are in Texas, a state that has one of the if not the highest teen pregnancy rates in the country.
Texas teens lead nation in birth rate | Dallas Morning News | News for Dallas, Texas | Latest News
In 2004, Hispanic girls ages 15 to 19 accounted for 61 percent of teen births even though only 39 percent of Texas adolescents were Hispanic, according to the federal National Center for Health Statistics.

Perhaps we should raid all those underage girl's homes, force DNA tests and round up all the fathers too. Just to be "fair" and "equal"?

Not to mention this little tidbit...
Repeat teen births highest in Texas at 24% - USATODAY.com

I'm sorry, but viewed from a state level, the FLDS isn't all that bad. They take care of their own, they are self sufficient, and are tax-payers instead of tax users.

You really still haven't read up on how they live and what they do in the FLDS have you? It isn't any where near the same thing as young girls getting pregnant in the outside world. Those girls have been willing partners in the activities, and were educated with a knowledge of science and history. The FLDS girls are not given any freedoms to understand the world around them, or choices about when or who they marry. Just because they all weren't pregnant at 13 or 14 means nothing. There were at least 4 who were. You cannot give a crap when men are abusing women and young girls and boys, can you? But if it were a woman or a group of women doing the abusing of men and boys, you'd think very differently. For Pete's sake, even guys who don't have a lot of respect for women can see that there is something wrong in the FLDS.

And yet, out of all that, no actual women claiming they have been physically abused or any actual signs that any one is being kept there against their will. Sorry there waiting, I don't see a crime here. I may not agree with this way or life, but it works for them. And if that's the society they want to live in, more power to them. Seems to me that you are just blindly hating on their rights to even exist.

You are wrong about me hating on their rights to exist. They can exist all they like, they can't abuse children and force marriage and sex on teenage girls. Who by the way, have not been given any information about anything other than how to behave in order to get into heaven and to please their leader. It is a cult, and not just because I say so. And I don't know how you are saying now that you don't agree with their lifestyle, you have been defending it all along.

They knew enough to get their children BACK. Many of them are living off the ranch and still seem to be happy being FLDS. I'm still sorry there WT, your hatred isn't panning out.
